How can I take something that typically costs thousands and make it affordable, easy, and fast?
I wanted to understand exactly where that cost comes from.
Could I eliminate the fluff and still deliver real value?
The biggest challenge for me was scalability. I can’t be everywhere at once. But then it clicked, what if I flipped the model? Instead of me going to brands, what if brands came to me?
The next step was simplifying the offering. Instead of trying to be everything to everyone, I narrowed it down to just one thing: short-form video. It’s the most effective content format for advertising today, and it’s exactly what most brands actually need.
Still, one problem remained: location. If clients had to be local, I was back to square one.
I needed to go fully online.
That’s when the model really started to take shape: brands ship their product to me, I shoot the video, and deliver the final content within 48 hours of receiving the item.
